Returns or Exchange Policy

All items sold at L'Orchids UK will be checked thoroughly and shipped in a good condition. Should there be any issue with the item received, the product can be returned subjects to the below conditions :- 

  • Refund is accepted only for issues of authenticity provided that the goods are returned as it was delivered and not damaged or compromised in any manner. 
  • Refund / Exchange is accepted if the item is not functional, the item does not match the description OR if the item(s) are damaged during postage.
  • Refund / Exchange is not accepted for Grade B / Seconds / Clearance items. 
  • Refund / Exchange is not accepted in the case of the customer changed their mind.
  • Refund / Exchange is not accepted if the item has pinholes, bubbles, uneven paint - any imperfection that is not obvious which does not effect item's functionality. 

All return item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered and must be return in the original condition upon receiving with original packaging included.

All refund/exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the item. Please attached the proof of defect (photos) and your order number for verification purposes. Please contact us at info@lorchidsuk.com

NOTE : You will have to bear the cost of returning the item(s). Once we received the item(s), we will notify you via email on the outcome. We will refund you no later than 14 days from the date we receive the returned item(s). We will reimburse you using the same method of payment that was made using the purchase.
